What it unlocks
Verified Seller status grants:
- Premium storefront themes (the dashboard, minimal, brand layouts)
- Direct buyer-to-seller chat without broker mediation
- Eligibility to hire from the Elite Broker Network
- A visible ‘Verified’ badge on listings and seller profile
How it’s granted
Staff currently grant Verified status manually based on signal review. Future criteria will be automated: completed-sales count, payout-method on file, response timeliness, zero open disputes.
Replaces the retired Pro subscription
Pro was a $9/mo paywalled tier retired 2026-05-10. Verified Seller is the free earned-status replacement — same gates, no recurring charge, no opt-in fee.
