AI-Appraised Tier
A free, merit-based badge on listing cards driven by an automated 0-100 valuation score. Replaces the retired paid Boost product. Three tiers: Top (>=85, gold), Strong (>=70, blue), Scored (>=55, slate).
How it works
Every listing carries an ai_appraisal_score between 0 and 100, computed automatically from domain characteristics: length, brandability, TLD, traffic signals, comparable sales, and AI-judged commercial intent.
Tiers
- Top — score >= 85. Gold pill on the marketplace card. Outranks operator-set Featured picks in the badge cascade.
- Strong — score >= 70. Sky-blue pill.
- Scored — score >= 55. Slate pill.
- No badge — score below 55 or never scored.
Why merit-based
Deepnom retired paid Boost on 2026-05-10 because pay-to-be-seen promotion erodes buyer trust in a category where inventory is unique. AI-Appraised lets buyers trust the badge and gives sellers a real lever (improve the listing, raise the score) instead of a wallet decision.
